The Tiki Clip Tuner for the Ukulele is easy to use. It clips onto the ukulele, has large letters, and the letters turn green when it's in tune. I have no complaints.

I love this tuner and just ordered my third one. I also have the Gogo TT-1 tuner and I actually prefer using this one for general tuning, even for my guitars.

The display is very bright and has multiple visual cues to let you know you are in tune: it has a "needle", a large triagle that lights up, and the whole color scheme turns from orange (they call it red) to green when in tune.

The Tiki has three modes for tuning: Ukulele-C (can do both high and low-G), Ukulele-D, and Chromatic. Both the TT-1 and Tiki are a bit slower to respond when using one of the instrument modes (like Ukulele-C on the Tiki or Guitar on the TT-1). However, both are fast when in chromatic mode.

The plastic shell is actually brown (on my monitor, the picture looks kind of reddish-orange). The clip seems adequate, but is the most likely point of mechanical failure (this is true of pretty much every clip-on tuner I've seen...except maybe the Korg which I have not yet seen in person). I like that the tilt hinge has a real nut/bolt so you can tighten it when it inevitably loosens over time. The swivel at the clip, however, does not have a visible screw that can be tightened (it might be there under the rubber grip pad...not sure).

The Tiki controls consist of a single button: long press to turn on/off and (when on) serves as a mode selector. The Tiki will turn itself off after 3 min if no vibrations are detected. The TT-1 is more versatile (more instrument modes, but no ukulele ones, can do drop tuning, and can tune via vibrations (clip-on mode) or via microphone) and has many more buttons. However, the buttons can rattle during play so you cannot leave it on. Whereas in the two samples I have so far, there is no buzz and you can just leave the Tiki on if you wish.

For general tuning (just put it in Chromatic mode for maximum versatility) I much prefer the Tiki over the TT-1. The Tiki is smaller, simpler to use (just one button!), and doesn't rattle. However, if I were restringing my guitar, I'd probably use the TT-1.

For the price, simplicity, and size, the Tiki is the one I want in every case...which is why I just ordered my third one. Even my very young daughter has one for her ukulele (which they teach at her elementary school).

This privacy screen is not intended to be used on flat flushed MAC screens (definitely not the MACbook Pro) but rather intended for PC's with a slight rectangular recessed monitor. This becomes important because the "tape" that holds the privacy screen does not compensate the flatness of MAC screens, therefore, presses the privacy screen very tightly creating air bubbles that is VERY visible. Solution: 3M PFMP13 laptop privacy filter MacBook Pro 13" (PFMP13). This is meant for MAC and I believe this compensates the flatness and would not create air bubbles when installed... I haven't bought one yet but soon... hope this helps...

I got this (15.4W gold filter) for my Macbook Pro 13-inch (mid 2010) model. I previously owned a Macbook 13-inch (non-pro uni-body) and the Moshi iVisor AG 13 filter. The Moshi filter fitted my old Macbook nearly perfectly with a clear space for the built-in iSight. Unfortunately, there is no 3M filter that fits my current Macbook Pro like that one. I ended up getting the 15.4W size of the gold filter and cut it down so that it can just sit on the screen, while covering the visible area and not the iSight (as suggested by one of the other reviewers). My cutting skills is not that great so there is some discoloration and unevenness on the cut sides. Overall, I preferred this than to have to use those sticky tabs.

The filter itself works great. I get much crisper image with this than the Moshi filter. A person sitting next to you on a plane will have a hard time seeing anything without leaning towards you. If you are on an aisle seat, someone a row or two back, across the aisle can probable see what is on your screen. It is great against nosy neighbors, but if you really want privacy, maybe you shouldn't be using your laptop in a public place.

UPDATE (Nov 7, 2011): 3M released a Macbook specific filter - 3M GPFMP13 laptop privacy filter MacBook Pro 13" (GPFMP13). It fits my Macbook perfectly, with cut-out for the iSight camera. It uses a two-sided sticky film that is visible, but not too noticeable (the 3M etching with the model number is actually more noticeable than the sticky film.

I purchased this privacy screen for my 17" macbook pro so when I travel and am working on the plane or in other public areas, the information I'm working on stays private...well, after receiving the product, it was rather surprising that it did NOT provide adequate privacy blocking. Moreover, it comes with "plastic stickers" that you need to put on your screen, something that is NOT a good idea because a)they are not easy to put on and off and b)they aren't designed to easily allow the screen to slide on as the pictures would imply. DON'T waste your money on this product...
